Do you know of someone living with a disability who could use some extra help in their home? Do they have Medicaid and are able to self-direct their own care or that is willing to allow a heart warming, family oriented agency to come in their homes and take wonderful care of them? How would you like to make UP TO $11.00 per hour working for them? Our Consumer Directed Services allows them to hire YOU to be their caregiver or allow us to hire you to work for another client. It also allows us as a TEAM to choose your hourly pay rate (ranging from $8.75 to $11.00 per hour) Give our office a call and ask for Ms. Weaver for more information at 314-699-4940 from 10 A.M. to 1:30pm Monday thru Thursday. As a client in our CDS Program you must:
1. Be 18 Years Old or Older
2. Have Active Medicaid
3. Have A Physical Disability And Be Able To Self-Directed
4. Have A Physical Disability and Meet the state qualifications of a passing Score of 24

As A Caregiver You Must:
1. Be 18 Years Or Older
2. Be Able To Pass A Background Check
3. Can Not Be A Spouse (CDS)
4. Can Be a family member.
