Friendly reminder to all customers: if our technician needs to enter your home, please make sure all pets, especially dogs, are securely put away before we arrive.
We are absolutely dog lovers and many of us have dogs of our own, so this is not about being afraid of dogs or not liking them. It is simply about safety for both our technicians and your pets.
Even very sweet, well-loved dogs can react differently when a stranger enters their home or territory. Unfortunately, we have already had several “nice” dogs bite our technicians and draw blood.
Please do not assume your dog will be fine just because they are normally friendly. Dogs are protective by nature, and stressful or unfamiliar situations can change their behavior very quickly.
Securing pets before our technician arrives helps prevent injuries, keeps your pets safe, and allows us to focus on getting your service completed as efficiently as possible.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 🐾💚🩵
