Here's a current job I'm working on- replacement lettering for an old Magnavox radio dial glass plate. First I scale a photo of an original dial, correct the orientation, & then try & match everything.The font here isn't quite right yet.

It's always nice when we receive pictures back from our customers on how they used our small lettering. This is from Bob in North Babylon, NY. He was restoring a vintage Grundig Satellit 700 radio and wanted to replace the 2 missing silver zeroes at the end of the name. We told him we could just cut the 2 zeroes (size .157") if he wanted or we could cut the entire name (size of SATELLIT .217") since there would be a chance the metallic silver might not match the rest the gloss of the rest of the name. He went with the whole name. Here's the proof we sent, the vinyl lettering before being applied and the finished product.

For 2016, we've boosted our selection of fonts that can be cut at the small sizes. We've also added a .2" (1/5") size that we can cut if in all caps and a medium to bold sans-serif. But the big news is that we've lowered the price on all sizes under 1". And we've reduced the size of the discount levels from 20, 40, 80, 160,... to 16, 32, 64, 128,... which means 20% of all orders will now be eligible for the next level of discount!
