We often talk about self-care and the importance of taking time for yourself. The truth is, you don’t have to do it all — and you definitely don’t have to do it all alone.

And here’s a little secret: I’m still learning what that looks like for me, too, especially as a newer small business owner. I’m not perfect, and I don’t always have it all figured out.

Sometimes we need to give ourselves permission to step back, ask for help, and breathe. We weren’t meant to carry the weight of the world on our shoulders alone.
