🚨🚨 PLEASE READ FULLY I NEED YOUR HELP! 🚨🚨🙏❤️
I work HARD to build and maintain the reputation of our businesses. Getting legitimate Google reviews from actual customers takes time sometimes YEARS and every single review affects the rating people see when they search for your company.
And let's be real… when you're looking for a company you've never used before, what's one of the first things you do?
You check their Google reviews. ⭐

Unfortunately, someone recently left Turner Towing & Recovery a 1-star Google review and posted a picture of a RED tow truck belonging to another company named Turner Towing.
There's just one pretty big problem…
THAT IS NOT US. 😂🤦‍♀️

We have NEVER owned or operated a red tow truck. It isn't our logo, it isn't our colors, and it isn't one of our drivers or vehicles.
Out of curiosity, I looked through her other public Google reviews, and the majority of the businesses she has reviewed appear to be located in Georgia and Utah nowhere near Turner Towing & Recovery here in the St. Louis area.
Clearly there has been a mix-up with another company using a similar name.
I have responded to the review and reported it to Google, but unfortunately, as the business owner I cannot simply delete someone else's review.
THIS IS WHERE I NEED YOUR HELP! 🙏
If you search Turner Towing & Recovery on Google and see the 1-star review with the RED tow truck, please click the three dots next to the review → Report Review and select the most appropriate option indicating that the review is unrelated to our business.

I want to make something VERY clear:
I would NEVER ask anyone to report a legitimate negative review.
If we actually provided someone with service and they weren't happy, that's something we need to address as a business good, bad or ugly.
But having our Google rating affected by someone's experience with an entirely different company, apparently hundreds of miles away, is completely different.
We work way too hard for that.

🚨 It's August, Y'all! 🍎🚌
That means schools are starting back up all across the area, and our roads are about to be filled with children walking to school, riding bikes, crossing streets, and waiting for the bus.

⚠️ Please slow down. 📵 Put the phones down. 👀 Keep your eyes on the road. 🛑 Pay attention to school buses loading and unloadingand ALWAYS stop when required.

A few extra seconds of patience could save a child's life.
