One of the simplest accommodations I use for ADHD isn’t an expensive app or a complicated productivity system.

It’s a checklist.

People often assume ADHD is about not knowing what needs to be done. For many of us, that’s not the challenge.

The challenge is:
✔️ Did I remember?
✔️ Did my brain switch to the task when I needed it to?
✔️ Did I lose track of time?
✔️ Did I get distracted halfway through?

A checklist takes some of the mental load off your brain. Instead of relying on working memory, you rely on a trusted system.

I have checklists for:
• Morning routines
• Bedtime routines
• Travel packing
• Client onboarding
• Speaking engagements
• Grocery shopping
• Event planning

It’s not about being rigid. It’s about giving your brain one less thing to hold onto.

Whether you’re neurodivergent or simply juggling a lot, checklists can reduce stress, improve consistency, and free up mental energy for the work that really matters.
