I'm keynoting the MA Manufacturing Mash-Up — at Gillette Stadium.

Yeah, THAT Gillette Stadium. The one where the New England Patriots play. Manufacturers, students, educators, and workforce leaders from all over Massachusetts are gonna fill that room, and I get to open it up.

Let me tell you what it's like to stand in a room you were never supposed to be in. 🔧

Boardrooms. Stages. Tables where decisions about OUR communities get made — usually with none of us there to speak on it.

I walk in as my whole self. Gold in my mouth, ink on my arms, the kid nobody bet on. And now I've got the mic. I don't waste it.
Because I'm not up there for me. I'm there for every kid bagging groceries at Snook's with more talent in his hands than anybody bothered to look for.

And I tell these manufacturers the truth:
You don't have a labor shortage. You've got a reaching problem.

You recruit us with a folding table, a dusty brochure, and a bowl of Jolly Ranchers — then act shocked when we don't come running. You can't TELL this generation into a career. You gotta let 'em FEEL it. Hand 'em a headset, put 'em on the machine, let 'em run your $100K spindle in a world where they can't fail — and watch a kid nobody believed in light all the way up.

And once we're in? Don't guard the door like a bouncer. Hold it open like a host.

We're not a charity case. We're the workforce you've been praying for. You just never learned how to reach us.

Now you don't have an excuse. 🔧

You gon' get that work.

MFG Fam — the NAMR Tour is hitting the Pacific Northwest and this stop is special.

April 29–30 we’re at Machinists Institute in Everett, WA — 23,000 sq ft of CNC, welding, and VR simulation training sitting right across the street from Boeing’s factory floor. International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Worker built something here that the whole country needs to know about: 700 machinists trained every year, registered pathways, real career lanes with real wages.

We’re not showing up to observe. We’re showing up to amplify.

And like every NAMR Tour stop since 2022 — DJ Owe Worldwide is with us. Because this movement has always been about connecting the culture to the craft. You can’t recruit the next generation of machinists while ignoring the world they actually live in. We bridge that gap. That’s the whole point.

A DJ and a manufacturing disruptor in a union-built facility across from Boeing isn’t what this industry expects.
