If you want the rest of 2026 to look different for your nonprofit, the work starts now. 💥

Frame Up for Funding is a 12-week, CFRE-certified accelerator designed to help your organization:

✅ Set and reach a realistic 12-week funding goal
✅ Build a more engaged Board that actively supports fundraising
✅ Approach corporate sponsorships and grants with a clear strategy
✅ Create a funding roadmap that supports growth beyond the program

These are the same tools and frameworks that helped 121 organizations raise over $7.7M during the 12-week training.

What story are you telling about your board? 💛

So often, nonprofit board members bring wisdom, experience, passion, and connection to the mission, and yet their stories remain hidden in the background.

That’s why we’re excited to shine a spotlight on Brendalyn King, President of the Center for Authentic Listening & Learning, and the intentional way she is bringing her board into C.A.L.L.'s story.

As a Frame Up For Funding alum, Brendalyn is a wonderful example of how to engage a board by celebrating their stories, strengths, and leadership in public.

One beautiful way she did this was by introducing her board members on LinkedIn and highlighting the unique gifts, experiences, and perspectives they bring to the mission. 🌟

This kind of storytelling gives people a deeper look at the leadership, passion, and purpose behind the mission❣️

It helps people see that a board is not just a group of names behind an organization. They’re leaders, advocates, connectors, and champions who help carry the mission forward.

We love seeing the way Brendalyn is celebrating her board and helping others understand the people behind the work.

What a powerful example of intentional leadership, board engagement, and mission storytelling!

There’s something powerful that happens when nonprofit leaders come together to have honest conversations about sustainability, leadership, and the future of their missions.

Today, during our Financial Leadership for Nonprofit Sustainability masterclass, we spent time talking about something many leaders quietly carry:

The weight of making important decisions without always feeling clear on what the numbers are truly saying.

And one theme continued to surface throughout the conversation:

Financial leadership is not about becoming an accountant.
It’s about building clarity.

When leaders understand the story behind their numbers, they’re able to:
✨ Make more confident, informed decisions
✨ Recognize patterns and warning signs earlier
✨ Better understand their cash runway and financial position
✨ Strengthen long-term sustainability without operating from fear or guesswork

We’re grateful for the nonprofit leaders who showed up today with openness, curiosity, and commitment to their organizations and communities.

This work matters deeply, and so does supporting the people leading it.

What would it look like if every board member started their role feeling confident, prepared, and ready to contribute from day one? 🤔

That’s the power of intentional board development from day one!

When onboarding is done with intention, something really special begins to happen.

New board members don’t just feel welcomed, they feel equipped to:

💛 Understand what’s expected.
💛 Begin building relationships right away.
💛 See how their role connects to the mission.

That’s where real engagement begins.

When board members feel clear and connected early on, they show up differently. They participate more fully, contribute more confidently, and become true partners in advancing the mission.

And that kind of clarity doesn’t happen by accident.

It starts with understanding where your organization is today and where there’s an opportunity to grow.

That’s why we guide nonprofit teams through the TCC Group’s Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT®), helping boards and leadership teams gain shared insight, align around priorities, and move forward with confidence.

Because when your board is aligned and equipped, everything else gets stronger.
