We're Honored to Join the Indiana Township Association Conference

Leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about showing up, investing in people, and helping communities grow stronger together.

We're honored to be part of the Indiana Township Association Educational Conference & Trade Show this October.

Kathy will be opening the conference with her keynote, "Stronger Together: Building Resilience, Renewing Purpose, and Strengthening Communities," where she'll share practical leadership strategies and stories that encourage leaders to navigate change with purpose and resilience.

Later in the conference, Brad and Kathy will also host an exclusive Fireside Chat, sharing lessons they've learned from more than three decades of serving nonprofit organizations, building resilient leaders, and strengthening communities.

We're grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside so many dedicated township leaders and look forward to the conversations, connections, and ideas that will continue long after the conference ends.
