Today is National Stress Awareness Day — a reminder that stress isn’t just an individual experience. It shows up in our workplaces, our communities, and across the systems that support us.

We're grateful to be partnered with organizations like the St. Louis Mental Health Board (MHB), who are strengthening mental health and wellbeing across the area. Through our capacity-building support for MHB's funded partners, we've seen firsthand how investing in organizational health creates ripple effects for staff, clients, AND community care.

As leaders, slowing down to assess stress isn't a sign of weakness but a strategy for sustainability. 🔋

When we create environments where people can breathe, reflect, and feel supported, the work becomes not just possible, but TRANSFORMATIVE.
