RESPONSIBILITTIES:
• Participate in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting issued to Management and the Board of Advisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops and interprets Human Resource Policies and Procedures including but not limited to Team Member relations, health and safety, pay and benefits, work rules, recruitment, training, discipline and separation
• Identifies training opportunities, approves and conducts orientation and training programs for Team Members

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Communication, or related field
• 7 years related experience in Human Resources management
• Professional certification such as the Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently develop chart of accounts recommendations and configurations within standard systems guidelines for new or existing customers
• Analyze, develop, and implement customer specific reconciliation procedures, daily/monthly workflows, and reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare month-end close and reporting in a timely manner. This includes preparing bank reconciliation, credit card analysis, preparing month-end adjusting journal entries, and other required tasks.
• Accounts Receivable - maintain an accounts receivable subsidiary ledger for each location, make sure customer payments are recorded timely and accurately. Monitor accounts receivable for timely collection.
• Accounts Payable – Input vendor invoices in a timely manner. Prepare vendor checks as needed for owner’s signature. Maintain an accounts payable subsidiary ledger for each location to insure invoices are paid according to company policy.
• Liaison with CPA to maintain proper records and timely income tax filings.
• Prepare monthly sales and quarterly consumer use and tire and battery tax returns as needed for review and generate payment checks.
• Monitor weekly, quarterly and annual payroll tax filings and payments prepared and made by IPS the payroll provider. Enter weekly payroll journal entries for each location.
• Maintain all banking relationships which includes supplying them with reports and information as requested.
• Responsible for coordination of employee benefits plans between employees and benefits providers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires an associate degree in accounting or business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-8 years of experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Enterprise), Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Mitchell Repair Center software is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of advanced formal training within Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Science, Data Management or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years’ professional work experience with exposure to report-writing, interpreting and analyzing data, and data modeling.
• Skill in operating a personal computer and business software solutions. High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, i.e., Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Project management experience a plus.
• Healthcare related experience; understanding of HIPAA Privacy and Security standards.
