The Folks Who Help You AAIM Higher
There are people who work at AAIM, and then there are people who are simply part of the fabric of AAIM.
After 34 years, Liz Redohl is absolutely one of those people.
If you've participated in one of our benchmark surveys, needed compensation data, or had a question about what the numbers are telling you, chances are you've connected with Liz. And if you have, you already know the warmth, patience, and huge smile she brings right along with the answer.
As our Survey Coordinator, Liz has spent more than three decades helping members find the data they need—and building relationships that have followed people from one organization to the next.

✨ How I First Connected with AAIM
I've known AAIM for a long time because my father-in-law was the President for many years.
I started back in the days of paper filing and physical surveys! While I'm still heavily involved with the survey department, I've also loved branching out to work with the Solutions Team.
✨ How Members Usually Connect With Me
Members usually email me when they have questions about our surveys or compensation data.
Whether they're looking for a specific piece of information or trying to understand the data, I'm here to help them find what they need.
✨ One Thing I've Learned Working With Members
I've learned how important it is to truly listen so I understand exactly what someone needs and can give them the most accurate answer.
And I'm never afraid to reach out to a colleague when I need help. I think that's helped me build trust with our members—they know I'm committed to finding the right answer for them.
✨ What I Enjoy Most About Serving AAIM Members
Throughout my 34 years with AAIM, it's been a true joy to build relationships with so many members—whether they've stayed with one company or moved into new roles.
I love being a resource for them and providing the data and support that can make a big project feel a little lighter.

✨ Something You Might Not Know About Me
My first job was at my parents' Best Western Motel in Sioux City, Iowa, where I stripped beds and collected glasses for cleaning.
And before St. Louis became home, I lived in Phoenix, Arizona.

34 years of surveys, data, relationships, answers, and a whole lot of members helped along the way.
If Liz has helped you over the years—or you've simply had the pleasure of getting to know her—we'd love for you to help us celebrate her in the comments.
We're awfully lucky she's one of the folks who helps you AAIM higher.
