Gail Appleson and Guillermo "Guillo" Rodríguez have been traveling on a wine voyage together for more than 17 years. Louis Post-Dispatch in 2006, a move that led her to meet Guillo, a charming wine educator and former director of the study abroad program at Webster University. They provide assistance with wine selections, tastings and menu descriptions.
