I have new friends to my page so I wanted to take the time out to introduce myself. My name is Amiana and I am a serial entrepreneur, millennial boy mom and wife.

You most likely came across my page from my post about the upcoming event Midwest Black Girl Recess. ❤️ I have a heart for camaraderie over competition especially when it comes to black women. I just believe there’s too much “black girl magic” among us to try to dim it between us!

Her accomplishments in our community has been directed towards melanated woman in advocacy for self care and self love. This has positively effected the woman in her physical and online community to begin or to reignite the care for self. Amiana said that this is important especially for women who wear multiple hats because WE CAN NOT POUR FROM AN EMPTY CUP. Normalizing self care and self love takes away the stigma of being “selfish” but instead being intentional.

Pampered Luxe is a small business she founded that doubles down on providing an avenue to indulge in self care. Pampered Luxe is a luxury organic skincare line that specializes in every skincare journey ultimately providing the opportunity to step out into the world with a new found confidence or a confidence enhancer for self.

After trying many different forms of sea moss and absolutely hating them all 😅 I finally found which form works for me. After all, after doing the research and learning it has 92 essential minerals our bodies need along with aiding in lowering cholesterol, keeping the immune system healthy, aiding in preventing Parkinson’s Disease and heart disease just to name a few….. I wasn’t going to stop until I found one I could get with! ♥️
