I was honored to join over 1,200 women at The Rooted Sisters'
9th Annual Christian Business Women’s Summit. The morning was a beautiful intersection of faith, fellowship, and professional encouragement, reminding us of the power of community and spiritual alignment.

We had the privilege of hearing keynote speaker Demi-Leigh Tebow deliver an inspiring message on identity. Drawing from her book, A Crown That Lasts, she challenged us to anchor our worth in our faith rather than our professional titles, accolades, or achievements. In a world that constantly demands more output, her words were a vital reminder: Our value isn't defined by the positions we hold or the recognition we receive, but by who we are in Christ. Thank you, Rooted Sisters, for such an empowering event.

That inner pull is worth paying attention to. Sometimes, it shows up as an idea you can’t stop thinking about. Sometimes, it’s a cause you care deeply about, a problem you want to solve, or work that leaves you energized rather than depleted. Your career doesn’t have to follow a perfectly straight path. Mine certainly hasn’t. But the common thread is often what motivates you — what you believe in, where you excel, and where you can make a difference. Pay attention to that fire. It may be pointing you toward your next opportunity, your next chapter, or simply the work you were meant to do. 🔥
