In addition, MSM has been retained by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), US Department of the Treasury, to provide ongoing support for OCC collaboration applications. The OCC charters, regulates, and supervises all national banks. It also supervises the federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., the OCC has four district offices plus an office in London to supervise the international activities of national banks. MSM responsibilities include support for continuity of operations of the agency’s critical applications including; workflow management, knowledge sharing, data sharing and collaboration applications. MSM also provides software development services that include aesthetic and functional enhancements to current and development of new applications to streamline and improve the agency’s business processes.
