St. Louis is at a geospatial inflection point, and The Globe Building is where the industry is putting down roots.
With the NGA’s new $1.7 billion campus open and momentum building across the region, the firms mapping and securing our world are choosing downtown. Esri, General Dynamics, BAE Systems, and T-Kartor all now call the Globe Building home.
During WWII, the NGA’s predecessor, ACIC, occupied 250,000 SF of the building’s 550,000 SF and mapped for the historic bombing runs taking place in Europe and the Pacific. In the building today, a 75,000 SF, 465 seat, multi-tenant and 145,000 SF of carrier class data centers are uniquely powering and backing the mission needs of the defense contractors mentioned above.
Nearly a century later, the Globe Building isn’t just part of St. Louis’s past. It’s building its future.
