Traditional, ‘enormous consulting firm’ implementers, and their

many copycat wannabe’s, often limit their focus to:
(1) module-based processes, to the detriment of custom reporting, dashboards and useful bottom-line analysis, and
(2) billable on-site resource hours, regardless of actual resource effectiveness. TCO delivers sound, best-in-class practices within each of its delivered modules and processes, using our highly experienced team of Oracle Cloud resources. However, what has always set TCO apart is it's consistent focus on client-specific reporting. This is where TCO outshines all competitors - the focus on the results of your application data - reported immediately and dynamically so that critical information and decisions can be seen and made quickly when it's most relevant. Custom (client-specific) reporting that is critically important to you is nearly always ‘out of scope’, with limited reports and dashboard infolets added at significant additional cost. TCO considers all levels of client-specific reporting to be as important as module configuration itself. In fact, TCO believes that one of the enormous advantages to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) is the reporting benefits that can be gained, if implemented properly. Process improvements are tremendous, but everything is measured through tangible, understandable reports, charts, graphs, infolets, dashboards and other client-specific reporting and analysis output. To this end, TCO includes reporting and BI recourses on the project from the beginning to ensure you receive the critically important reporting and analyses that Oracle Cloud (Fusion) allows! No other Oracle Cloud (Fusion) makes client-specific reporting and analysis more critical to each implementation than TCO. Secondly, traditional, ‘enormous consulting firm’ implementers routinely overemphasize on-site travel, which are used to justify ridiculously expensive hourly rates, yet often leading to inefficient consulting efforts. In addition to inefficient use of project resources (money and time), it unnecessarily compounds the impact to client-assigned, project-dedicated resources who often still have to make time for daily responsibilities and detailed project tasks. Given today’s cloud based technologies, when used properly, such excessive costs are difficult if not impossible to justify in 2016. We leverage such new 21st technologies to the benefit of you, the client.

We have found - simply by Oracle ERP Cloud client requests - that a large majority of businesses who have adopted Oracle Cloud Applications for their business are either "Dissatisfied" or "Highly Dissatisfied".

We have further found that this is NOT typically due to Oracle Cloud Applications limitations. Quite the opposite.

This is mainly due to poor implementations in which implementation partners value speed of project completion far over quality of implementation.

As a result, all the wonderful 21st century functionality already built into Oracle Applications --- you know the awesome tools, technology and process improvements likely "demo'd" to you, impressed you, and caused you to invest in Oracle Cloud Apps in the first place???

NONE of these were implemented. None. Because integrator focus has been on SPEED of implementation and only on SPEED of implementation ---- all they have time to setup are the absolute BARE BONES of Oracle Cloud Apps.

What does that mean for you?? It means a a system with hardly anything more impressive that what a system like "Quick-Books" offers. The absolute bare bones - no frills - no improvements - no process improvements - no strategic BI reporting you hoped would provide your business with real-time information that would serve as an intelligent decision making tool, giving you a clear Strategic Advantage over inferior systems.

Were such things discussed, even demo'd during the sales process? I'll bet so. Yet, you see no evidence of any such elevated tools in Oracle Cloud. You see limited functionality, and frankly confusion of how processes are any more efficient than they were before.

Again, THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE ORACLE CLOUD SAAS SYSTEM YOU'VE INVESTED IN .

Those 21st century tools and technology exist NOW - and are as game changing-fantastic as you had hoped at the beginning. They were simply IGNORED in favor of implementing an insanely fast implementation, the only way to do so being to enable just the bare bones - again the same bare bones Quickbooks Offers.

Oracle Cloud Applications offers so much more. It offers new highly efficient processes and workflows. It offers amazing BI tools that show Real-Time results, and can be viewed every-time you log in as your custom Dashboard. It can perform many automatic reconciliations. It can not only give you your cash reserves to the penny. It can forecast your near-term cash balances based on future transactions,. It offers report bursting. It offers the best security in the business. It offers both Board-Ready Financials anytime you want them, as well as amazing drill down capabilities from the highest levels.

I could go on and on.

In short, we have found a TREMENDOUS need to assist clients who already implemented Oracle Cloud Applications --- and HATE IT.

It will only take one or two resources (low cost) - and when we are finished - you will have the Oracle Cloud Apps that you dreamed of long ago when the demo knocked your socks off.

When we are finished correcting the mistakes and ignored 21st Century Functionality that should never have been ignored in the first place -- your Oracle Cloud Apps investment will become a Strategic Advantage - helping you make informed decisions. Your processes will be upgraded to "Oracle Cloud Best Practices" that will speed up transaction input as well as Month End & Year End Close.

We know we can give you these amazing results because we keep getting asked to do so - without us even even advertising such offerings -- and clients end up thrilled with the results.
