It grew from humble beginnings in an extra room over a garage and quickly grew into an established & highly-respected major midwestern group of custome

r service call centers. By the mid-90's, BRI grew to over 650 employees, and by 2001, had grown to 1100+ employees across 5 midwest centers. Due to it's rapid growth in the early 21st-Century, BRI merged w/ Americall (Chicago-based) to form Americall Group.
