for Strengthening Familes is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to oversee pre-development and construction of the Good Shepherd Academy for Boys (GSAB) at 5997 and 5953 Page Boulevard in St. Louis, Missouri. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing the entire pre-development and construction process, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion in compliance with the Neighborhood Transformation Grant and the Community Development Block Grant.
