We had the privilege of inviting incredibly talented scholars from HBCUs and other universities to St. Louis for an enriching three-day retreat visiting employers Running Tide, Solis Agrosciences, NanoGuard Technologies, Bayer, and MilliporeSigma as part of the PATHWAYS Program.

PATHWAYS' goal is to attract and recruit a diverse population of life science students from nationally ranked universities to build a talent pipeline for St. Louis, while exposing students to St. Louis’ rich culture and community by providing access to unique experiences through a variety of opportunities.

Congratulations to Anjie Sanford and Christina Green for leading this profound initiative, and thank you to the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, as a part of BioSTL's ongoing commitment to foster diversity and inclusion in the biotech and life science industry.
