Open Chrome, click on the three dots in the upper right corner to open the Chrome menu, then Help and About Google Chrome. If there are updates to be performed, it will show you it is completing them in the space below OR it will show you that it is up to date.

Emergency Maintenance at ArtLOFT

We are performing emergency maintenance today as part of our datacenter move and the outage yesterday. ArtLOFT will experience an outage planned for five minutes or less in the next hour.

There appears to be an issue streaming KMOV (Channel 4) through YouTubeTV. It has been intermittent over the last week and YouTubeTV 'fixed' it a week ago but it has returned. This is not an issue with your equipment or your ISP - this is a YouTubeTV issue to resolve.

Oooohh Sonos...

We didn't post any of these comments.... but we hear from customers every day that might have. If you have issues with Sonos connectivity, be assured it has nothing to do with Elite Fiber. Everyone seems to have these experiences. Here are some tips:

1 - Unless your Sonos is VERY new, it likely only works on the older 2.4GHz Wifi frequency. Elite by default separates the Wifi 2.4/5.0 GHz frequencies into 'SLOW' (2.4GHz) and FAST (5.0GHz) wifi networks for your home. You will likely need to connect your Sonos devices to the 'SLOW' network.

2 - Some Sonos devices will not want to connect unless the device you are running their app from is on the exact same Wifi network. So you should connect your phone or tablet you are using to the SLOW network in order to add the devices to your wifi.

If you have issues getting your Sonos to work, know that you are not alone and it has nothing to do with your Internet - the devices are renowned for being troublesome.

Update: All services are restored at this time. We are actively working on adding a redundant route to this portion of our network to prevent these issues in the future. Thanks for your patience.

We are currently experiencing an outage in the Central Corridor of St Louis City west of Vandeventer. We do not have an approximate repair time. We suspect a construction related fiber cut (again) in the CWE.
