On July 6, we open the case.

For three weeks we’re going through inventory like detectives.

Not guessing.

Not hoping.

Not waiting for a miracle sale.

We’re looking for:

• Dead stock

• Slow movers

• Cash tied up in inventory

• Buying habits that quietly drain profit

By the end of the challenge you’ll know exactly:

How much inventory you have.

How much cash is trapped inside it.

What needs to go.

What deserves a reorder.

And how to stop ending up in the same position six months from now.

Because inventory isn’t just product.

It’s cash.

Comment FIX and I’ll send the details.

I know.

Your favorite vendor has new arrivals.

The prices are right.

The new arrivals are cute.

And buying inventory feels productive.

But here’s what nobody talks about:

If your current inventory isn’t selling, adding more inventory rarely fixes the problem.

It usually hides it.

The boutique owners who grow aren’t constantly chasing the next shipment.

They’re getting more cash out of the inventory they already own.

Before you place another order, ask yourself one question:

Do I actually need more inventory?

Or do I need a better inventory strategy?

The answer could be worth thousands.

Comment FIX if you’re ready to investigate what’s already sitting and get rid of your old inventory.

Dun dun. 🕵🏾‍♀️🤭🔎

Every week I meet boutique owners and product sellers who are working harder than ever and somehow seeing less cash than ever.

The evidence usually looks something like:

• A stockroom or spare room full of products that haven’t moved in months

• New inventory arriving before the old inventory has sold

• Weekly sales that never seem to translate into real profit

• Thousands of dollars tied up in inventory nobody is shopping

The problem isn’t always sales.

Sometimes the problem is what happened before the sale ever had a chance to happen.

That’s the investigation we’re opening on July 6.

For three weeks, we’re following the money.

Finding the leaks.

Identifying the repeat offenders.

And recovering the cash hiding in plain sight.

Comment FIX and I’ll send you the case file. 🕵🏾‍♀️

I’ve spent the last 7 years building my own business AND helping others every single day through The Boutique Academy | For Boutiques & Product-Based Businesses.

Supporting others businesses has been such a joy and I can’t wait to see who else I get to support this year!

If your sales are inconsistent, why is content the thing that you’re stressing over? 👀

People are finding you. They’re landing on your site, liking your posts and even saying “I need this!” in your comments… and then not buying. So you do what everyone says… post more, chase more followers, run another sale. And the number barely moves.

More marketing was never the fix. 😬 Marketing gets them there. Sales gets them to buy. And almost no one ever taught product sellers the second half.

That’s what the Sales Lab is. 👇🏾

The #1 sales membership for product sellers where you learn to turn traffic you already have into actual orders. Not a one-time course. An every month system for the things that actually move revenue.

💕 Your website so it stops leaking sales
💕 Your offer so it’s an easy yes
💕 Your AOV so every order is worth more
💕 Your email & sms so you’re selling even when you’re offline
💕 Reading your numbers so you run your business on decisions, not feelings

It’s $97/month and founding members who join before June 30 get tons of bonuses included.

P.S. E-commerce Profit Plan students get the Sales Lab included in their enrollment. 💕

You may not know this but I basically tore my entire business apart because I wanted to make it better for my audience. Now it feels like so long since I’ve directly promoted it and I have to get back to proving that I’m the hottest coach in the game. 🤭

So, consider this day 1 of me rebuilding The Boutique Academy | For Boutiques & Product-Based Businesses! There’s so much on the way. But, let’s start here.

There are currently 3 ways to work with me.

1. The Marketing Lab

2. The Sales Lab

3. E-commerce Profit Plan (The Profit Lab)

It took a long time to get here but I’m so proud of the decisions I’ve made in the last year, even the tough ones that hurt a lot in the process.

But if you’re reading this and you’re in a season where you’re ready to get the help that your business needs, comment PLAN so we can chat (like literally chat back and forth) OR tap the link in my bio. 💕

I pray you listened to this whole entire message. And if you didn’t, that tells me everything I need to know about you and how you run your online store. 🙃

You probably don’t care that much.

But, if you listened all the way through and you’re ready to fix what’s broken, comment STORE to register for my next free training.

Did you really do a campaign? OR was it just a photo shoot with a theme?

Because there is a difference. And most store owners have never been told what it is.

A theme is not a campaign. A theme is a creative direction. It is the aesthetic wrapper around the campaign… the color palette, the vibe, the visual identity of the launch.

It matters. But it is probably the least important component of an actual campaign and yet it is the thing most store owners spend the most time on.

You can have a perfect theme and a completely broken campaign. Beautiful content going out with no email sequence behind it. A stunning launch graphic with no SMS messages scheduled. A cohesive feed with no paid strategy amplifying it. A flawless aesthetic and a homepage that has not been updated to reflect what you are selling. 😬

I’ve seen this happen more times than I can count.

The theme is the outfit. The campaign is the body underneath it.

Amika’s campaign had a theme… summer, tropical, guava, getaway energy. It was consistent and it was gorgeous. But the theme was maybe ten percent of what made this launch work. The other ninety percent was the infrastructure. The preparation that happened before anyone saw a single post. The channels running simultaneously. The machine converting the people the content brought in.

That is what this carousel breaks down. Not the theme. The actual campaign.

Swipe through and then tell me — have you ever actually run a campaign or have you been running themed photoshoots and calling it a launch?

A pop-up shop can’t hold a candle to my online store. 💅🏾 If you’re stuck in a cycle of in-person sales, I’ll teach you what it takes to build an online store that converts.
