Sometimes we have to be coached to get ourselves out of our bad habits and your coach helps you pursue your dreams and some day I will.
We have to quit thinking some day I will and make it, Let's work on this now, little by little. The pay offs will be super rewarding.

Why entrepreneurs decide to leave the conformty of the JOB world.

When you work for an employer, you might hate one or all of these.

• Have to work their schedule whatever that may be.
• Have to work minimum amount of hours per week - decent paying jobs usually require 40 hours of your time per week and if you want part time .... there's the door.
• 2-3 sick days per year.
• 1-3 weeks vacation per year and some companies make you take a week at a time so you can't just use them a day here and there so you can have 3-4 day vacations several times a year instead of 1 vacation a year.
• Black out dates where you cannot take off during certain times of the year.
• Bosses complaining that you ask off for a day again.
• Bosses of 24/7 places complaining that you dont want to work all or any of the crappy shifts.
• Designated break times
• You can only use the restroom on your breaks.
• Conformity
• Having to keep a kiss ass attitude/ fake personality to keep your job.
• Dress code
• Dress shoes
• Call in time is 2 hours before you wake up.
• Them implementing new ways which will certainly cause half their force to get fired, so they can hire new people in for a fraction of the pay, to get treated like robots.
• If you have 1 employer and you get fired, you risk losing a lot of things like your hoyse, your car and much more.

• If you are an entrepreneur with multiple clients and you lose one client, it's not a big deal.

Would you rather slip and fall on one step
Or
Would you rather fall down the whole flight of steps?

You need to invest in a coach
If
• You have dreams to pursue a life that you currently are not living.
• You have dreams to be successful and have had these dreams for a long time, you just cannot seem to get started.
• You start tasks, but never finish them.
• You have great ideas, you just need someone to keep you accountable.
• You go through rough patches and need to think through how to get out of them.
• You need a supportive person to talk to.
• Your friends and family do not support your new ideas and ventures, so you need a support system.
Even if you have to save all your pennies, dimes, nickles and quarters, you will get farther, faster with a coach.

Why pay a coach when you can do it on your own?
Ask yourself honestly, how long has these dreams, been your dreams and how far have you gotten on fulfilling your dreams?

People have dreams for a very long time before they put thrm into action. They wait for the right time, but the right time never comes.

Sometimes we go places and we can spot the adult bullies. Like for instance, a kid's sports game.
The parents on the sidelines screaming at the kids. I've heard comments such as,
what is this the first time you've ever played?
Are you new to this?
My 3 year old can do better than that kid.
Butterfingers
They couldn't kick, throw, catch, shoot if they got paid too.

These are all hurtful comments that never have a place in our speech.

If you are a victim of a bully, know that you can always reach out to me. I'm here to listen if you need a friend to talk to.

If your speech sounds like this, try to rephrase into something positive, like
Try again, kick it again, you have another chance, oops it slipped, that's ok.

All of these sound better.

Boosting confidence should be your main goal.
When you tear people down they have no desire to get better and they may slip into a depression. You're negative comments only add to their list of other things that may be going wrong in their life.

When you encourage and use positive words, it inspires people to keep trying.

Please try the positive route and if you can, pause before you say anything as a lesson to a child.
