Manage team members

Create, monitors, and maintain schedules Publish schedules in advance according to set timelines.

Manages time out requests and float coverage.

Approve, deny or wait list requests based on availability of coverage with Manager approval.

Manage vacant duties through viewing and assigning open shifts.

Onboard and train new employees

Manage breaks through out the day for all MVP Team members

Creative problem-solving skill to cover and move employees as needed based on coverage

You will make independent decisions regarding daily staffing for clients

Valet hours are 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and some weekends.
We have plenty of hours, so part time or full time is not a problem.
