THE ROLE
You are the operational hub of the remediation division. Project Managers run the field — you keep everything around them from falling apart. That means crew scheduling, job file accuracy, TPA compliance, vendor coordination, equipment tracking, and making sure the right people are in the right place with the right information every single day.
You'll work directly with the owners, project managers, field technicians, clients, insurance companies and third-party adjusters. If something slips through the cracks, you're the one who catches it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY TO DAY
• Coordinate daily crew scheduling and assignments across active jobs
• Build and manage on-call rotation schedules
• Track job files from open to close — documentation must be accurate and complete
• Own TPA (Third Party Administrator) compliance and communications
• Manage purchase orders and materials coordination • Work alongside PMs to contract vendors, organize equipment, and plan multi-job logistics
• Identify and escalate job issues, change requests, and equipment problems before they become delays
• Prepare and maintain all required project documentation
• Assist with safety reporting
• Be the go-to when something needs to get done and no one else is handling it

You don't need to have done this exact job before. But you do need to be someone who:
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same
• Communicates clearly and directly — with field crews, clients, and leadership
• Catches problems early and solves them without being asked
• Can hold multiple priorities in your head at once without dropping the ball
• But takes notes and knows how to help others be organized
• Takes ownership — when something is yours, you see it all the way through
• Wants to learn the business and grow, not just do a job
