I host guided hypnosis and energy healing events in Stamford, CT at Artemisia Integrative Wellness Center. Small groups. Herbal tea. No performance, no participation, no pressure. You just show up, sit down, and let go.

Hypnosis doesn’t ask you to quiet your own mind. It does the work for you.

What I offer:
· Weekly guided hypnosis sessions for deep relaxation and stress relief
· Gentle energy healing (Reiki) integrated into each session
· A small, intimate setting (8 people max) where you can truly find mental stillness
· Occasional special events and workshops for stress, anxiety, and nervous system recovery

About your host:
Marija Mikolajczak is a certified clinical hypnotherapist and Reiki Master based in Stamford, CT. Her work bridges science and intuition — using hypnosis, energy work, and mind-body practices to help people heal, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with themselves.

This group is part of Green Witch School of Practical Magic — where we use trance, energy work, and mind-body practices as practical tools for healing and transformation.

Private sessions are also available by appointment.
