Special THANK YOU to the City of Stanford, LC Judges Office, LC Road Department and LC Branch of the Ky State Highway Department for clearing our sidewalks, steps, parking lot and also clearing our roads, so that my employees and the citizens can safely travel throughout the county.

We will be open at 8am in the morning. If traveling to our office please take care as the roads and sidewalks may refreeze over night.

The Lincoln Co. Judicial Center will be closed Monday, January 26th due to temperatures and inclement weather. All court cases have been re-scheduled and notices sent.

Effective tomorrow morning the fire training center will be actively open until further notice as a warming shelter.

Lincoln County Judge Executive Woods Adams has declared a Local State of Emergency effective January 23, 2026, ahead of a significant winter storm expected to impact the county beginning Saturday.

This declaration allows county resources and personnel to be mobilized quickly to protect the safety and well-being of residents.

Lincoln District Court is CANCELED for Monday, January 26th. All Preliminary Hearings have been moved to February 2nd and all remaining cases will have new dates with court notices being mailed today.

All Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Driver Licensing Regional Offices will be open this Saturday from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. No appointments. Just walk on in!

Driver and permit testing services handled by Kentucky State Police are not offered.
