💦 Water Feature Repair & Refresh! 🪨

Today, we got this beautiful water fountain feature back in shape! 💪

The fountain was leaking and losing water, so we went to work getting it repaired the right way.

✅ Removed all the existing rocks
✅ Replaced the leaking fountain liner
✅ Reinstalled the existing rocks
✅ Installed 2,000 pounds of NEW river rock to freshen up the entire feature!

Sometimes, getting the job done right means starting from the bottom up! Now this water feature has a fresh new look and a repaired liner to help keep that water where it belongs. 💧

‼️Back 2 Back Yard Transformations‼️

Out team knocked out another back yard transformation this week in Lincolnton.

We used the VMC root rake to remove stumps and roots from previously forestry mulched area. We hauled off 9 loads of stumps, debris, mulch and trees. Harley raked the entire area, put out seed, fertilizer and blew straw. Can’t wait to see how this looks when the grass comes in.

Backyard transformation complete ✅

We brought this Mt. Holly yard back to life by clearing out some serious underbrush and trees. Then we hauled in several loads of dirt and topsoil to help level out the back yard. Next we Harley raked the soil to prepare for seed, fertilizer and straw.

✅ PVC Gutter Drains 💦

We added a French drain, drain box and sch 40 pvc gutter drains for this customer in Belmont today. Just in time for this weekends rain event.

We connected this customers downspouts with sch 40 pvc and ran it through his driveway to get the water away from his foundation. We cut the curb where the pipes daylight to give it a nice clean look. We also filled the planter boxes with topsoil and finished off his sidewalk with metal edging.

We had the privilege to assist J Lanier Grading and Lanier Landscape Group with a sink hole project at the Community Charter School in Stanley this week.

Our crews removed and hauled off 5 loads of rip rap and unsuitable soil. Hauled in and tamped 4 loads of compactable soil. Reformed the runoff swells. Installed 100 tons of new rip rap on top of new fabric and stabilized the affected area with pinned erosion control matting.

🚨 Backyard Transformation Complete ‼️

Yall check out this backyard transformation we just completed in Stanley NC. We took the customer’s vision and made it come to life. Here are a few details about the project.

- Removed existing patio pavers and deck.
- Installed new 4” PVC downspouts.
- (2) new Peerless retaining walls. 1 with built in steps.
- New Techo block smooth paver patio.
- New walkway from driveway to paver patio with 7 built in steps.
- River rock accents.
- (5) loads of dirt for grading

Few stats: 21 pallets of material (pavers, retaining wall, caps), 2 guys, over 200 man hours, 100+ tons of fill material.

Sir Snores Alot Cameron Cozart has been talking a big game about his fishing expertise over the past couple weeks. Montana this, Lake Norman that, talking about all these monster fish he has caught. So I figured, why not learn from the best! We took the day off for a “Team Building Experience” and my man came up short. Can yall help me understand how you catch a fish smaller than your lure?

It’s a perfect time to clean up those property lines! 🌲. Customer in Stanley had 2 acres that was so thick he couldn’t walk it. We found the property lines and gave him a 15’ path all the way around and cut access in from the road.

If your property has been overtaken with thick underbrush, saplings and trees then give us a call and we will handle the rest.

Today our crew knocked out a retention pond 💦cleanup in Cary, NC. We took the CAT 306 with VMC brush cutter and went all the way around this pond to clear the overgrown vegetation 🌱. Cameron Cozart took care of the detailed items and we finished off with seed and erosion control matting in the bare spots. On to the next one.
