📌 BIG BUCK BARGAINS – OFFICIAL AUCTION RULES
Welcome to the page! Before you place a bid, please take a moment to review the rules to keep things fair, smooth, and stress-free for everyone.
đź’µ 1. Starting Bids & Increments
All auctions start at $5, unless otherwise noted.
To bid, comment your offer directly on the item post.
Bids must be in increments of $5 (e.g., $5, $10, $15, $20, etc.).
– You can jump ahead (e.g., bid $20 after a $5 bid), but all bids must be divisible by 5.
⏰ 2. Auction End Time & Bidding War Rule
Each auction has a posted end time.
If a bid is placed at or near the closing time, the auction enters a 10-minute bidding war.
During a bidding war, bidding continues until 10 full minutes pass without any new bids.
Once 10 minutes of silence pass, the highest bid wins.
đź’ł 3. Payment & Pickup
All items are local pickup only in Stanton, MI.
Winners have 3 business days to pay and pick up their item(s).
Accepted payment: Cash, Cashapp, Venmo, Paypal (friends and family only) or Zelle.
We’ll message each winner after the auction to schedule pickup.
đźš« 4. No-Show Policy
Failure to pay or pick up within 3 business days will result in:
The item going to the next highest bidder or being relisted.
Repeat no-shows may be blocked from future bidding.
📦 5. Item Condition Disclaimer
All items are from liquidation pallets—condition may vary:
Items may be new, open-box, shelf pulls, or customer returns.
Known issues will be noted when possible, but all items are sold as-is.
All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
