"Never discourage anyone who continually makes progress, no matter how slow". I feel this to the core on the Camp Shamineau new build. I knew an almost 23,000 SQ ft building for a 4 man crew would be a huge undertaking. The boys have stepped up, even though some days you would never know we were even there. 27 days in on this project and the days are now shorter and the weather is colder, but we will still continue to make progress. We did breakaway from this project for a bit to get a large custom home basement capped before the ground froze. That project will be resumed after camp exterior is finished and 2 other custom homes trimmed out. As always, Just a few pics for proof😁.

Just some "stuff" since last post. Currently at Camp Shamineau on a 23,000 sq.ft new build. Did a place on the Vintage Golf Course as well as one at Pine Ridge Golf Course. A home addition on Fish Trap, a garage addition on Wabedo, a new construction over by Brainerd and a couple smaller fill in projects. Full basement going in now over by Maddens that we need to get capped before ground freeze. That will be a 8000+ sq.ft 2 story home with a detached 24x40 she shed/milk house. Hopefully the weather cooperates and it stays 65 degrees till spring 😁.

Framing complete and exterior finishes started on this over 7000 sq. ft footprint. Electrical inspection this week and spray foam a week from Monday.

1st post since mid October, so just some updated progress pics. We have completed Middle Cullen and Leech Lake homes, have drywall finishers at Lake Mary, and just set 2nd story floor trusses on a large custom home near Brainerd. Tad bit chilly the next few days, stay warm!

Haven't posted much lately, so here it goes. Since January 17th, Dower Lake, Crow Wing River, Birch Lake, Middle Cullen Lake, Donald's Lake and now Leech Lake. Foundations going in on Lake Mary and another on St. Mathias Rd practically as I type. New construction continues to be strong as we are now taking on projects into 2026.. Few photos of what has been going on since last post to follow. Thank you again for those that have chosen us to make your dreams a reality! Greatly appreciated!.

Birch Lake home completed and Middle Cullen Lake home progressing. Exterior will be completed Monday and drywall finishers starting Monday as well.
