Pics for proof, because we sometimes get things done. Shorewood exterior is complete, painting done, soon, flooring and cabinetry. Cottingham new const has a completed exterior besides screened porch and beams that need wrap. Electrical inspection and insulation this coming week. Tues started a 2 story custom home just a few miles northeast of town. We are ready for 2nd story floor trusses on that. Also, a major kitchen renovation by Shamineau and a few new patio doors and post wraps on Dower Lake. Hard to believe we are already well into July. Won't be long and 🌨️❄️..ugh!
