I want to take a moment to post perhaps the nicest gesture by a total stranger that I’ve experienced, especially in a service industry. I had to go out of town for a couple of job interviews this week, and when I checked into the hotel, the person at reception asked me what brought me into town. Good casual conversation. The next morning, this handwritten note was under my room door. THIS is fantastic personal customer service, and while the hotel itself was clearly dated (though in good repair), this simple note made my stay exceptional.

I am SO PROUD of my team! Our trophy shelf just got a little heavier yesterday with the Starkville-MSU PRAM Bulldog PRism awards. Our professionals and students have worked their tails off this year, and it is nice that other people recognize the quality that we produce. Now we're ready for feedback and on to state awards! :)
