Mississippi PMPs,

MPCA wanted to share a helpful industry resource for those who work with food production, food processing, and handling facilities.

The National Pest Management Association has released its 2026 update of the Pest Management Standards for Food Processing & Handling Facilities.

This resource may be helpful when developing, reviewing, or maintaining pest management programs for food-related accounts.

View the updated standards here: https://npmapwcdn-afabcafzhkfnebcs.z02.azurefd.net/media/k1kadjxx/2026-pest-management-standards-for-food-processing-handling-facilities.pdf.

We encourage our members to review this information and keep it available as a reference.
