I still can't believe this 'little girl' is graduating this school year. The girl that I have watched grow over the last 12 1/2 years. The little girl who stopped family dinners to make sure we were all watching her new moves she learned in dance, the little girl who would cheat to beat me at Go Fish when she was 5 😂😂. The girl who stood by me as I married her brother, the same girl who is now a smart, caring, beautiful young woman. Thank you Tay Tay for always making me laugh and loving our family. Can this girl really be a senior?! I remember when she was just a toddler and now she's all grown up. I think we picked the hottest and most humid day of the summer to take these! Finally getting to share our mini Father's Day photo shoot. These photos pretty much sum up our life together. Always smiling and happy :) I love my family so much. I'm so glad we were able to be together this past weekend (minus my future brother in law). Thanks again to my husband for helping me take these. He's getting better at shooting these!

I think we have been trying for literally a year, but I finally had the chance to photograph two of my favorite people this week, my mother in law and my sister in law. I love photographing my family. They are such special people to me. We always have so much fun together, and we laughed so hard taking these! I love that I can be myself with them! Jackie is just like a mother to me, I can talk to her about anything. I've watched Taylor grow over the years into a beautiful young woman and she is just like a sister to me. Here is another family of good sports in this crazy weather weekend! We dodged the snow & rain just in time this morning for the Hamer's family session! What a fun family this is, they are totally awesome! They sat on the cold, soggy ground and kept on laughing, and it shows in their photos. Landon was a total ham and I love it! Can we just talk about how crazy the weather has been this weekend? Especially yesterday, sunshine, rain, sunshine, snow, wind, overcast, hail, sunshine. Crazy! We did get a few breaks in weather during the day to get some awesome shots of Kendra and Brian's day! Thanks to their wedding party who were great sports in the 35 degree weather! All of the colors and details put into this wedding were just beautiful for this season. Congratulations to Kendra & Brian! Leave them some love!

In the midst of the busy photography season, we managed to get a nice evening for our annual (run before the timer goes off) fall photos. Our little turd bird doggie was being camera shy tonight, but we managed to get at least two! I love our home and the beautiful autumn season that unfolds right in our back yard. It is my favorite time of year! I love decorating for fall and what a better place for photos than the place we love to spend time together... our front porch! The projects are endless in a home, but I'm so happy with the home and life we have built together. So here is our moment in the spotlight, even though I am hopeless in front of the camera! Another year still going strong :) Happy fall 2015!

I went overboard on sharing tonight's engagement session photographs! They are absolutely beautiful! I'm so excited for this couple, mostly because Heather is going to be my new sister-in-law! These two have a love story that not many have. Two high school sweethearts getting married! Their new home was the perfect place to shoot the beginning of their life together along with the help of their dog Tucker! I love including dogs in photographs! Even when they don't cooperate, it still brings out the fun in a photograph! Congratulations to my brother in law and his bride to be on their engagement. He couldn't have picked a better girl! Leave Heather & Jerrod some love!
