As Nikki’s Crafting Dream continues to grow, I’m always looking for ways to provide the best possible experience for every customer. 💖

Beginning July 1, 2026, all custom orders will include a Customer Agreement that must be completed before an order can be accepted.

This agreement is designed to keep everything clear, organized, and professional for both you and me. It outlines important information such as:

🩷 Deposits & Payments
🩷 Turnaround Times
🩷 Design Approvals
🩷 Refund & Cancellation Policies
🩷 Shipping & Pickup
🩷 Customer Responsibilities

My goal has always been to make ordering custom items as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Having a Customer Agreement helps ensure we’re on the same page from the very beginning, so there are no surprises along the way.

This isn’t about making the ordering process more complicated—it’s about creating the best experience possible while protecting both my customers and my small business.
