💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide on-site and remote IT support for small to mid-sized business clients.

Handle system installs, troubleshooting, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.

Monitor and manage client systems using our RMM and ticketing tools.

Identify client needs and recommend effective IT solutions and services.

Engage with the community — attend local events, network, and build relationships that generate leads.

Proactively saturate the local market with Edge ITM’s presence through grassroots outreach and client visits.

Drive sales through client consultations, referrals, upselling, and solution-oriented conversations.

Collaborate with the Edge ITM team to ensure client satisfaction and consistent service excellence.

👨‍💻 Ideal Candidate:
Experience in IT support and/or network administration.

A confident communicator who’s comfortable engaging new people and promoting services.

Experience in sales, client acquisition, or community engagement is a major plus.

Organized, self-motivated, and passionate about helping others.

Tech knowledge in areas like servers, firewalls, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.

Certifications like A+, Network+, or Security+ are a bonus (we’ll help you get there if not!).
