There's something different about food that didn't travel halfway around the world to get to your plate.

Your CSA boxes bring together food from close to home, including local meat, seasonal vegetables, fresh eggs, sourdough, homemade provisions, and products from Western Slope farm partners.

Food that is grown, raised, baked, and made by real people.
And when food is fresher and closer to home, you get more than a good meal. Seasonal foods can offer strong nutritional value, and properly stored local foods can stick around in your kitchen much longer than a quick grocery-store haul.

CSA boxes are a little invitation to get creative in the kitchen.

Each week brings a mix of local ingredients to work with, from beef and pork to seasonal vegetables, fresh eggs, sourdough, and homemade provisions.
And you won't be left wondering what to do with it all. Weekly emails include meal inspiration + ideas for turning what's in your box into something delicious.

Life gets busy. Dinner still needs to happen.

CSA boxes make it easy to keep good, local food on hand without making another grocery run. Each box is packed with a mix of:

🥩 Grassfed beef or pasture-raised pork
🥕 Seasonal vegetables
🍞 Fresh sourdough
🥚 Pasture-raised eggs
🌿 Homemade provisions + Western Slope farm products

The meat comes frozen, so you can stock it in the freezer until you're ready to cook. Everything else gives you plenty to work with for the week ahead.

Less time fighting your way through the grocery store aisles after the mountain closes or waking up at dawn just to avoid the crowds. More time cooking food you actually want to eat.

Meredith Rose | Rose West now has a pop-up farmstand at The Wild Hem 🪡 ! 😍 Stop by the shop to add a little homestead flair into your life and get favorites like the Umami Spice Blend and Cowboy Hat. This season’s CSA boxes are packed with a little bit of everything good: local beef + pork, seasonal vegetables, fresh eggs, sourdough, homemade provisions, and products from Western Slope farm partners.

Think of it as a weekly dose of really good local food, with plenty of variety and a little inspiration to keep things interesting in the kitchen.

Join us as we craft and cheers!

🖼️You’ll get the opportunity to make your own barn quilt canvas using fabric and paints. RSVP via the link in Meredith Rose | Rose West ’s bio if you want to craft, otherwise just stop by and celebrate! We’ll have complimentary snacks and bevs.
