Please note that our lobbies will be closing early on Wednesday, May 13th. Our Steamboat office will be closing at 10:45 am and our Craig lobby will be closing at 11:45 am. To pay your bill during this time, please use your SmartHub account, our secure pay-by-phone line, or use one of our secure payment drop boxes at the offices. We will reopen at on Thursday morning.

Our offices will be closing today for an employee event. Our Craig office will be closed from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm and our Steamboat office will be closed form 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm.

OUTAGE UPDATE: 11:15 am: Customer connectivity has been restored, and customers should have their internet back on. We will need to do an emergency maintenance from around midnight tonight until roughly 3 am. We are planning this maintenance to ensure stability and complete the remediation. During that time period, customers may experience brief outages. Thank you for your understanding.

2.6.26: we are currently experiencing a system outage for Luminate. We have techs onsite who are working to diagnose the problem, and we will provide updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience!

2.4.26: UPDATE: This issue has been resolved and are payment methods are now all available. Thank you for your patience.

Pay-by-phone and SmartHub are currently down and we cannot process payments in person. Our service provider is currently working to resolve this DNS issue on their side. We will provide updates as they become available. If members need to pay their bills, they may use the drop boxes at the office and we will process the payments as soon as the system is back up.
