John Richard Lehman has worked for over 13 years as a Cost/Price Analyst for the United States Department of Defense, helping to audit sole-source proposals from some of the world’s largest defense contractors such as General Dynamics Land Systems, BAE Systems, DRS, & Raytheon on weapons systems such as the Abrams Tank, Bradley Vehicle, M88 Recovery Vehicle, and M109 Paladin John served as lead negotiator on hundreds of contracts, several valued at over $2 billion dollars. John was selected as the Army Contracting Command’s Outstanding Price Analyst (Major Weapons Systems) in government fiscal year 2016 and was selected as one of the Defense Logistics Agency’s Top Ten Employees of the year (2019) out of 20,000. John has his Level III DAWIA certification in Contracting.
John Lehman holds a Master of Arts in Economics (2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in History (2006) from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI and graduated Summa Cum Laude from with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.95. John was also awarded membership into Phi Beta Kappa (2006), America’s most prestigious honor’s society.
