💙 Creating stronger communities starts with creating stable places to call home.

On Monday, Christian Financial employees volunteered with our partner and recent Christian Financial Outreach & Impact Foundation grant recipient, Macomb County Habitat for Humanity. Together, we helped install siding on a rebuild home and painted a living room for a neighbor in need.

We're grateful for the opportunity to support the vital work Habitat does throughout our community, and proud of our employees for their dedication to serving others.

In addition to supporting this important event, our team is proud to volunteer with Turning Point throughout the year, helping support their mission to provide critical advocacy, resources, and services for survivors in our community.

Last week, Christian Financial stepped back into the community and spent time serving alongside three incredible organizations: Capuchin Soup Kitchen, Forgotten Harvest with our valued partner Mortgage Center, and Oakland HOPE!

With Capuchin our volunteers helped with seasonal garden maintenance and harvested onions, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, and different greens.

At Forgotten Harvest we were honored to volunteer once again with our partner, Mortgage Center. Together, volunteers repacked 3,199 pounds of frozen pizza and 4,326 pounds of fresh baked goods, that will be distributed to local food pantries.

During our time with Oakland Hope volunteers served primarily in the food pantry area shopping for pantry clients, loading food boxes into vehicles, and assisting with collecting dashboard tickets. Oakland Hope serves approximately 1,000 Oakland County residents each week, providing supplemental food assistance to individuals and families in need.

A heartfelt thank you to these amazing organizations for allowing us to support your important missions. We are equally grateful to our dedicated employees who continue to show up, give back, and make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve💙
