Here are some December essentials to get you through the remainder of 2025!

1. Joining M&R -- no better way to wrap up your year than by joining our agency!💙
2. Use walking assistance when going outside. This will help prevent slips!
3. Create an emergency contact list (and let your emergency contacts know) before the weather starts getting colder. 🚨📞
4. Keep non-perishable foods in your pantry for quick preparation in case of emergencies.
5. Prepare an emergency kit -- medicine, flashlights, batteries, blankets, water, non-perishable food items and any other necessities you might need. This is a good way to prepare for the unexpected! 🔦🔋
6. Prepare transportation arrangements for the winter months to get around safely.🚍
7. Keep clean, drinkable water in your home and stay hydrated!! 🚰
8. Prepare your winter gear for the snow -- winter jacket, gloves, boots, hats, warm socks!🧣🧤
