ICYMI: Alpha was at the 2026 AASHTO COBS Annual Meeting sharing the great work we’re doing with State agencies to support their implementation of the SNBI. Successful implementation takes more than updating reporting — it depends on consistent data, practical processes, and experienced technical support. Our SNBI experts, Samantha Lubkin and Earl Dubin, have been delivering that support to agencies through data validation, policy development, and staff training.
We also enjoyed connecting with transportation professionals from across the country, sharing lessons learned, and discussing strategies to help States navigate this important transition.
