Could your high-volume case-picking operation use a boost?

Our Ergo Cell Separator with hydraulic lift table takes a simple approach to a demanding job—help bring cases to the picker instead of asking the picker to repeatedly reach and lift.

The result? A more ergonomic case-picking process designed to minimize repetitive motion while keeping high-volume picking moving.

Sometimes a simple change can make a big difference in how the work flows.

Dyna-Flo or Dyna-Flo HD? We’ve got you covered.

They have a lot in common—reliable gravity flow, smooth product movement, and the flexibility to handle a variety of carton and tote applications. But a few key differences can make one a better fit for your specific operation.

That’s why Mallard offers both. Whether your application calls for Dyna-Flo or the added capabilities of Dyna-Flo HD, our team can help you match the right solution to your products, loads, and picking requirements.

Check out both systems in action and see how a little difference in design can make a big difference for the right application.

Full-case, split-case, or each picking? Sure!

We recently put two very different loads to the test using two carton flow solutions: Dyna-Flo HD with a tilt tray and Cart-Trak with heavy-duty lane dividers.

Different products. Different picking needs—the same goal: reliable product flow and a pick face configured for the job.

See both systems in action and learn why the right carton flow rack starts with what you’re picking—and how you’re picking it.

Push back. Flow forward. Make better use of your warehouse space.

Push-back flow rack combines gravity flow with single-aisle loading and picking for a practical approach to high-density storage.

Instead of loading from one aisle and picking from another, product is loaded and extracted from the same side. Each new load pushes the existing inventory back into the lane, with gravity helping bring it forward again as loads are removed.

The result? A smart alternative when you’re looking to conserve valuable floor space and improve efficiency compared with floor stacking.

In this demo, we’re putting crates on full-width roller to show push-back flow in action.

Have an unconventional load or application? Put it to the test with Mallard.

Temporary Problem. Fast, Flexible Solution.

The inventory surge is coming. Heavy-duty mobile flow carts create flexible picking and staging wherever you need it most —without the commitment of permanent equipment. When demand settles back down, simply roll them into storage until the next busy season.

Fast delivery. Fast setup. Ready when your operation is.

Steel pallets are built for strength—but metal-on-metal contact leaves less room for loading error.

See these best practices in action and learn how the right system design + operator technique can keep even heavy-duty steel pallets flowing.

Best Practices:
🔹 How to position and load steel pallets
🔹 What to do if pallet flow is interrupted
🔹 The Plugging Method for restarting flow
🔹 How roller pallet flow rack helps support steel pallet applications

Build. Push. Done.

1. Build the pallet.
2. Push the button.
3. Send it on its way.

That's the idea behind Ergo Build.

Reverse flow pallet lanes let operators build mixed SKU pallets right inside the pick aisle. Once complete, gravity moves the finished pallet to the takeaway aisle while the next empty pallet is ready to go.

Fewer touches. Less travel. More throughput.

It's a different way to think about pallet building—and that's exactly the point.

Seconds per pick don't sound like much... until you multiply them by thousands of orders.

Mallard's patent-pending Slim-Fit Divider maximizes SKU density while making carton flow lanes faster to slot, easier to adjust, and simpler to reconfigure.

More SKU lanes. Faster setup. Better organization.

Because small improvements at every pick add up to big productivity gains.
