ENcompass is celebrating our 10 year anniversary this month! Over the past decade, we have grown to a company of 15 full-time staff (plus many more 1099s), supporting over 100 clients, and completing nearly 800 projects to date. Thanks to our exceptional consultants for making this possible, and thanks to our clients for trusting in us. We look forward to many more years of guiding clients to success in the Federal market!

ENcompass held a corporate event for our employees and their families at Great Country Farms in Bluemont, VA last Saturday. We recognize how much our families support each of our employees, which is the foundation of our success, so we wanted to show our appreciation for them. We also believe that spending time together outside of work makes us a stronger and better team!

Richard brings executive-level experience helping Federal contractors develop strategies to grow their businesses through various means including: capturing new contracts, planning mergers & acquisitions, forming joint ventures, and other such strategies. Richard will leverage this expertise to lead ENcompass’s Federal Market Strategies line of business, giving our company more depth and breadth of skills to offer our clients. As ENcompass is wrapping up another highly successful year, we wanted to show our appreciation for our employees and their families. We celebrated this past Friday: starting at Top Golf, followed by Muse Paint Bar, and finally dinner and drinks at Field & Main.
