Opened up this can of worms today!! Building sub fascia then wrapping with aluminum soffit and fascia. 1” foam on the house, window and soffit trims plus a fresh new deep blue siding.

Tackled the next phase of this project today. Ended up being 4 layers of roofing on the upper portion of house. So much weight coming off this house in the last week. The foundation can breathe after almost 20 yrs.

GAF Timberline HDZ Nantucket Morning. Such a pretty roof color and will look fantastic on this house when finished.

Between the demolition and remodel last week and today, nearly 20k lbs came of this roof structure. Only about 1/4 of it went back on to complete the roof project.

Not too shabby for 3 days. Complete removal of deck and porch. 2 low sloped roofs weighing almost 10k lbs. Back with trussed roof, sheathed and dried in before the rain comes tomorrow. Will be putting brand new GAF roof on this next week.

Finished this bathroom remodel up today. And yes I will be touching up the paint along the counter.
