From time to time we like to shine the spotlight on one of our members. Today, we're highlighting Rich McKee.

Rich is an account executive with Paylocity and focuses his time on meeting with owners and key employees from local businesses and finding technology solutions to meet their needs. Living in Ephrata with his wife, Rich is well connected throughout the Lancaster community.

When he is away from work, you may find Rich fishing, investing, or trying to sell and flip just about anything. Within the community, he serves as an ambassador for Northern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce and an active member of the Central PA Association of Talent Development. Another tidbit that most people may not know is that Rich as a 3-sport athlete in high school while winning national art awards.
