Got this in the mail today with a extra 1k payment for a water service replacement we did last week

Water service replacement up the rattlesnake curb stop to main. Including a new saddle at the main, new corp, and a new curb stop. With full surface restoration.

Installed a new 1 inch meter pit and new curb stop on a existing 1 inch galvanized water service.

Full water service replacement during and after no concrete was removed. Definitely found sone interesting stuff originally done.
