The 2026 racing season has come to a close. This past weekend, we raced at Salmon Valley Speedway for the 2nd Annual Dave Larson Memorial Modified Shootout, which was supposed to happen on Friday and Saturday, but due to rain, they ended up moving the show from Friday to Saturday at 1 p.m. In the heat race, we started 5th and finished 4th, and in the main, we started 1st and finished 3rd. For the 7pm show, in the heat race we started 2nd and won the heat race. In the main, we started 2nd and finished 2nd.

With your weekend results, we secured the 2026 Salmon Valley Speedway Renegade Stock Championship.

This season, we were able to race 10 times and were able to pick up four feature wins, and finished 2nd 4 times and 3rd 2 times. 2 heat race wins and 100 percent completion percentage

I want to thank my sponsors. Arcmasters Welding and Dick and Donny Automotive for your support this season.

I would also like to thank my parents for their support throughout this season and all the seasons before. Roger Wilder, thank you for always being a phone call away whenever we needed some setup and car help. It was great to have you at the track during the final race weekend.
