Finally nearing completion of this multi-phase/multi-month project that saw approx 100,000 lbs of natural stone steps and boulders set the stage for an array of decorative plantings, low voltage lighting all throughout, and homeowner installed custom speaker system. 25 tons of 1-3” River stone (all carried in by hand through gates) now completing the finished look of this resort style property…Perhaps more projects here in the future 🤔🏡👷🏻‍♀️🇺🇸

Late summer update -
Several multi phase projects are approaching final details, with significant amounts of materials gathered and delivered, ready to install. Weather here of late, has not been kind. And distance of projects/materials needed has also played a large role some slow go process. But worth the results once all is complete for many wonderful property owners. 👷🏻‍♀️🔨🏡

Heavy on the planting and mulching here as of late. Yes it’s been very hot, but with proper watering and management, the results actually are worth all the intense efforts & planning.
30 large specimen trees/mature shrubs.
30+ yds of mulch.
And a whole lotta effort by all who helped complete this during some intense days with poor access in some locations.

Another large scale Boulder/Steps project about to wrap up. An above average challenge with some of the worst access I’ve experienced in a while - and approx. 50,000lbs of material through one steep/narrow gate.
A few plants, mulch and perhaps some lighting will add the finishing touches. 👷🏻‍♀️🔨🏡🇺🇸

“Proof of Life”…
Wrapping up phase 1 of backyard pool hardscapes. Pallets 24 & 25 going in today to complete step areas allowing for continuous hard surfaces all throughout.
Still operating approx 3-4 weeks behind schedule, but much better from early spring. Installing/material gathering as much as possible so some administrative tasks have fallen behind.
It was a harsh winter - and outdoor areas suffered, leading to a lot of questions and calls. Doing the best I can to keep up with that while still moving forward. 👷🏻‍♀️🔨🏡🇺🇸

Every yr is one item that virtually overnight disappears in this industry. And this is a big one. Used at many many residential and commercial properties…🤦🏻‍♂️🎪🤷🏻‍♂️🏡

(27) B & B evergreens property screening.
And (5) custom natural stone pillars - both wrapping up soon, with so many more materials being delivered all across the region to be installed. Fully booked still for the rest of ‘26. And even planning some large items for ‘27 😲
