Here's a tiny sample of the pictures I got last night of the northern lights. I was out from 1:30am to 3:30am and it was so worth it. I have iPhone video that is simply incredible. The last few shots are from Hwy 30 looking west towards Stewartville as I wanted to give a sense of scale. I never thought to bring my fisheye as this was a completely new experience for me. I'm sure the person in the Mustang who came by at 3am was wondering what I was doing along the road with a tripod. lol

More Maui adventure. Road to Hana with a stop to swim in waterfalls (canā€™t remember the name, there were so many), hike the Pipiwai Trail through the bamboo forest to the 400 foot Waimoku Falls. According to my phone, I had 19,000 steps and climbed 46 flights of stairs. So worth it!
