We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team!
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary HR contact, supporting employees and management with payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. You’ll help ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace environment.
What You’ll Do:
âś” Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with federal/state laws
âś” Manage payroll processing and benefits administration
âś” Assist employees with benefits questions, enrollment, and changes
âś” Maintain employee records and HR documentation
âś” Conduct exit interviews and support employee relations matters
âś” Assist with workplace investigations and compliance issues
âś” Support return-to-work programs and accommodations
âś” Ensure HR processes are accurate and efficient
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2–5 years of HR experience or related education/experience
âś” Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance
âś” Payroll and benefits experience preferred
âś” Strong communication and organizational skills
âś” Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
âś” Proficiency in Microsoft Office
âś” Bilingual skills are a plus
